 | Founded by Jack Wain and Howard Samuel in 1962, Wain, Samuel & Co. has been operating on the Peninsula since that time. The founding partners retired in 1986. The firm is now operated by Thomas Friebel (who has been a partner since 1983) and Mark Setzen (who has been a partner since 1987). They are supported by a staff of four, including one CPA.
